  1. DISTRIBUTION OF MEGAWORD

  4. Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors, BBS SysOps and other 
  5. distribution agents ("Vendors") wishing to distribute 
  6. MegaWord are free to do so, on the following conditions:
  7.  
  8. 1. Only the MegaWord Standard Edition may be distributed, 
  9.    and only in its original form, consisting of the following
  10.    files:
  11.      MEGAWORD.EXE
  12.      MWREADME.TXT
  13.      MWVENDOR.TXT
  14. 2. The author must be contacted before distribution takes 
  15.    place. This is to guarantee distribution of the most 
  16.    recent version of the product.
  17. 3. Vendor must agree to stop any further distribution as 
  18.    soon as the author so requests.
  19. 4. Vendor must include the author in the mailing list.
  20. 5. Vendor may charge a nominal fee for distribution of 
  21.    the program.
